  • Never take with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) or riociguat. The combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
  • Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing.
  • PT-141 (bremelanotide) can cause nausea, flushing, headache and a short rise in blood pressure. It is not for people with uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease.
  • Oxytocin is not used during pregnancy.
