Account details, assessment answers, medical history, lab results, payment information and basic device data needed to run the site securely.
How we use it
To provide and coordinate your care, process payments, ship medication, improve the service and meet legal obligations.
Protected health information
Health information you share for care is handled in line with HIPAA, through a HIPAA-compliant system and with partners bound by business associate agreements.
No ad trackers on health pages
We do not place advertising pixels or trackers on pages where you enter health information, and we do not share health data with advertisers.
Your choices

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to people who need it to support your care.
