Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the LovCura website and services. By using LovCura, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

What LovCura is

LovCura is a technology platform that connects you with independent, licensed clinicians, pharmacies and laboratories. LovCura itself does not practice medicine. Medical decisions are made by your clinician.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where LovCura services are available.

Not for emergencies

LovCura is not for medical emergencies. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed clinician determines they are appropriate. Payment does not guarantee a prescription.

Payments

A $39 consultation fee is charged per order at checkout. Medication and shipping are charged per order, at the prices shown before you pay, after a clinician approves your prescription. There is no membership and no recurring charge. A licensed clinician decides whether a prescription is appropriate, and payment does not guarantee one. Charges for shipped medication are not refundable except as required by law.

Your account

Keep your login secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
